The company was set up to do one thing well: make everyday technology easier to use for the people who have to use it. In practice that means two related activities. The first is producing learning material — guides, tutorials and structured content that explain how to carry out real tasks in the software people actually have in front of them. The second is providing direct support, helping individuals and small teams set things up, work through problems and build confidence.

We are a small operation and we work that way deliberately. Each piece of work is handled directly, without layers in between, so the person writing the material or running the session is the person who spoke to you about the requirement. That keeps the work specific and it keeps expectations honest.

We do not claim expertise in everything. Our work covers user-facing software, everyday digital systems and digital skills development. Where a requirement sits outside that — specialist infrastructure, hardware repair, or matters that need a professionally regulated adviser — we say so and help you direct the question elsewhere.

Accessibility matters to how we write. Material is produced in plain English, in short steps, with the assumption that the reader is competent but busy and has not memorised the menu structure of the application in question.
