How we work

A short, predictable process.

We keep the process simple so you know what happens next at every stage. Most pieces of work move through four steps, whether the output is a set of learning materials or a single support session.

  1. 1Step

    Understand

We identify the learning or technology requirement. That usually means a short conversation about the task, the software involved, who will be using it and what a good outcome looks like.

By email or telephone, at no cost.

  2. 2Step

    Plan

We select the appropriate resources or define the support required, and confirm the scope with you. If the requirement is broader than expected, we say so before work begins.

Agreed in writing so expectations are clear.

  3. 3Step

    Deliver

We provide the learning materials, written guidance or technical assistance. Support sessions run at a time arranged in advance; written material is supplied in a format you can keep and reuse.

    Remote delivery as standard.

  4. 4Step

    Support

We provide follow-up assistance where required — answering questions that come up once you start applying what was covered, or revisiting a step that did not settle first time.

Scope agreed at the planning stage.
